Coaching Application
FLAFA is looking for coaches! Our program would be nothing with out the help from our parents/ past players and fans! Depending on the season, we are looking for coaches beginning at the 8u level, all the way up to 18u. Each team needs at a minimum, a head coach and an assistant coach. It takes a village, but with out those two important people, it may not be a successful endeavor!
Your reasons for coaching may be as varied as the abilities of the girls on your team: you love the game, you like working with kids, you want to give back to the community, or you simply want to spend some quality time with your daughter. Whatever the reason, the FLAFA board thanks you for making the commitment of time and energy to run a successful program.

Spring/Summer 2025 Coaches
Its never too early to apply! We are always looking for quality coaches for our many fastpitch teams! If you are interested in coaching or assisting with your daughter's Spring/Summer 2025 fastpitch team, please fill out our questionnaire and a member of the board will be in touch. As Always, Coaches, Assistant coaches and bench parents are the reason this program is successful! We appreciate your help and offer guidance for new and returning coaches throughout the year!
